1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BanknotePro, an AI-powered banknote scanning and analysis application ("Service") developed and operated by PARADOX BLLEKHOLL SHPK ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the BanknotePro web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PARADOX BLLEKHOLL SHPK. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Service Description

BanknotePro is an AI-powered web application that scans and analyzes banknotes to provide information and insights. The Service allows you to:

• Scan or upload banknotes for analysis
• Receive AI-powered analysis results
• Save and organize your collection
• Upgrade to Pro via Paddle for additional features and usage

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze banknotes. While we strive for accuracy, results are algorithmically generated and may vary. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases (Web / Paddle)

BanknotePro web offers free usage and a Pro subscription. Upgrades to Pro are processed by Paddle as our payment provider. By upgrading, you also agree to Paddle's terms and conditions where applicable.

Each new user may receive free credits upon registration. After using free credits, you may purchase a Pro subscription through Paddle, which may provide additional scans and features as described at the time of purchase.

ALL PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Once you complete a purchase through Paddle, the transaction is final. We do not offer refunds for unused subscription time, results that do not meet your expectations, accidental purchases, or change of mind.

4. AI-Powered Analysis Disclaimer

The banknote analysis provided by BanknotePro is powered by artificial intelligence. You understand and agree that:

• AI-powered analysis may not always be 100% accurate
• Quality and accuracy may vary with image quality and lighting
• Results are for informational and educational purposes only
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any analysis results
• Consult professional numismatists or financial institutions for official verification
• The Service should not be used as the sole method for determining banknote authenticity or value

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of analysis results.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The BanknotePro Service, including all software, code, features, and functionality, is owned by PARADOX BLLEKHOLL SHPK and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of images you upload; we may use anonymized data to improve our analysis capabilities.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal activities, including counterfeiting or fraud
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written permission
• Circumvent any access restrictions or payment systems
• Share your account credentials or use automated systems or bots
• Use the Service to facilitate or verify counterfeit currency

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARADOX BLLEKHOLL SHPK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OUR SYSTEMS, BUGS OR HARMFUL CODE, OR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF AI-POWERED ANALYSIS RESULTS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PARADOX BLLEKHOLL SHPK, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Termination and Account Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may request deletion of your account and associated data; we will process such requests in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kosovo, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kosovo. Users in the European Union may also have rights under EU law.
